About the event
Wintering invites artists and viewers alike to reflect on the stillness, symbolism, and transformation that the midwinter season brings. The exhibition explores the quiet landscapes of winter, the turning of the season, and the deeper myths that emerge from this liminal time of year. Snow-covered woods, icy waters, imagined dreamscapes, and symbolic thresholds form the heart of this contemplative show.
Featured artists include: Vaune Ainsworth, Nancy Canyon, Madeleine Holman, Nicki Lange, Laurie Potter, Sheila Sondik, Ava Stuller, Alma Rosalva, and Lori VanEtta.
Alongside the exhibition, Voxel Gallery will host a festive Holiday Pop-Up Shop featuring a curated selection from local makers, including: Goats Coats, Fire Muse Candles, Skin Rhythm Spa and many other local jewelers and artisans.
