How Queer!

Voxel Gallery is pleased to announce an open call for artists to submit works for How Queer, an exhibition that celebrates the vibrant, diverse, and powerful voices of 2SLGBTQIA+ artists in our community. As we honor Pride months, we invite you to explore the stories, struggles, and triumphs of those who are shaping the world with their art. This collection invites reflections on themes of love, identity, family, social justice, resilience, and personal journeys. Through both abstract and representational works, we welcome artist to share their unique experiences and dreams. We especially encourage artists with intersectional identities to participate, as we recognize the importance of amplifying diverse perspectives within the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. This exhibition honors the richness of our collective humanity, highlighting the power found in both our unique differences and the bonds that unite us. Through photography, painting, sculpture, mixed media, and other visual expressions, we invite works that approach these themes with courage, respect, and a sense of artistic depth.
